You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. For users under 13, parental consent is required. Schools and institutions may create accounts on behalf of their students with appropriate authorization.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful educational purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our services. Content generated through our AI tutors should not be submitted as your own work in academic settings without appropriate disclosure.
5. Intellectual Property
Teergamaya retains all rights to our platform, including software, algorithms, and educational content. Users retain ownership of their personal data and learning outputs. You grant us a license to use anonymized learning data to improve our services.
6. Privacy & Data Protection

7. Payment Terms
Free tier features are available at no cost. Premium subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Schools may have separate billing arrangements.
8. Limitation of Liability
Teergamaya provides educational tools "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our AI tutors provide supplementary education and should not replace professional instruction.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Termination
